Do you accept insurance?
Cache Health is a cash-pay clinic, which means we do not bill insurance. This allows us to offer transparent pricing, longer visits, and more personalized care. We can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan.
Do I have to pre-pay for my first visit?
Yes, a $150 reservation fee is required for all new patient appointments.
When is pre-payment for my first appointment due?
Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email with the secure payment link.
How do I pay?
You will receive a secure payment link by email with instructions after scheduling.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, your prepayment will be applied to your new appointment.
What if I miss my appointment or cancel late?
The $150 fee is forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend.
Does this apply to follow-up visits?
No, prepayment is only required for new patient visits. However, starting September 1, 2025, all patients will be required to have a valid credit card on file.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer telehealth appointments for most continued care visits. Patients must be physically located in Utah during the visit.
What types of conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, thyroid conditions, and more. We also provide wellness care, preventive screenings, and guidance for lifestyle changes.
What ages do you see?
We welcome patients of all ages.
Can I get labs through your clinic?
Yes. We offer in-house labs and partner with several labs for more advanced testing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you see patients for just one issue or do I need to establish care?
We’re happy to see patients for one-time visits or as part of ongoing care. Either way, you’ll receive a thorough, personalized approach.
Can I bring my child or partner with me to the visit?
Of course. You’re welcome to bring someone with you if it helps you feel more supported or comfortable during your appointment.
